Masks is a drafting improvisation that turned out to be masks with dramatic expressions. It works all 4 ways, vertical or horizontal. This one was the first time I saw imagery from ancient human history somehow rise through the piece.It’s not so much about COVID as it’s about conflicting and sometimes difficult and contrasting human emotions.
